Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a private equity fund that invests in healthcare services companies. Private equity means that we find companies that we like and invest in them or buy them, help them to be successful, and then sell them or take them public several years later, hopefully for a profit. Healthcare services are things like hospitals and clinics and labs and health insurance. Our target audience is both the people who invest in us (usually pension funds or foundations or university endowments) as well as the owners of the kinds of healthcare services companies we invest in.

The design should have the following

We want to project an brand image that is professional but not too formal and gives confidence to investors.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Can't be too informal - we are asking investors for millions of dollars at a time. Don't want the cliche of the red cross type mark or the snake on a stick of medicine.
