Describe your company and organization and target audience

This logo is for a small business that specializes in making custom made furniture and kitchen accessories. (cutting boards, serving trays, etc.. This logo would be used for marketing collaterals, stationary & website.

The design should have the following

I am quite open here... I can go a variety of different ways here, whether it be simple, modern, fun or classic, i am open to all. I am based out of California. I am working with wood, tools, etc.. I like animals, birds and am not too far from the beach. I dont know. I am just adding a bunch of random info to possible spark creative ideas. I want the designer to have fun with this and be inventive/creative. Not looking for a cookie cutter type logo.. Thanks

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

Again, am open here.. Favorite color is green but know that other colors work better with different other design elements, like characters and/or other items that may be included in the design.
