I am a mortgage broker that specializes in getting mortgage finance approved for first home buyers in New Zealand.

My target audience is couples that are serious about growing their wealth that need assistance with growing a big enough deposit to buy a home, and strategies to repay as much debt as possible at the same time so that you can apply for a mortgage with confidence.

The design should have the following

I would like to have nice " clean", precise lines for the logo.

The idea that I would like to bring across is progress.

Making a few changes in how you manage your finances can have a major influence on your ability to be in a position to get approved for a mortgage.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

e I do not want any frilly lines and graphics.
