The Learning Experience Leader Podcast is a podcast for learning leaders, designers, and product managers to discover the practical tips and learning science insights for creating incredible data-informed, technology-driven, human-centered learning experiences.

The target audience is primarily instructional designers who want to improve their craft in designing and developing learning experiences for adults.

The design should have the following

The name either "The Learning Experience Leader Podcast" or "LX Leader Podcast". Beyond that, I'm open for something like a small icon, or complementary design, but should be quite minimal. This should feel somewhat classy, but not luxurious.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Elementary/academic hints or symbols. Retro looking designs that reflect 80s-90s corporate training brochures or stock/clip arty sorts of things.

What style of logo would you like?

What I'm thinking so far:
Primary - Off White - #f7f7f7
Secondary - aqua ish - #029aab
Highlights - Blue #0244a8

But it may be fun/interesting to have a really bright highlight - but I'm not entirely sure. I like logos that use a variety of colors without being too busy (like Slack or Google).
