This is small family farm in Nelson County Virginia. We're at the end of a 4 mile dirt road surrounded by low mountains. My wife and two daughters are the "Lady Bears" in question. We've had an ongoing discussion of which name is better. I've always liked Lady Bear and they're pushing Bear Claw farms. I thought for fun I'd see which logo they liked better and let the name come naturally.

We're just a hay farm today but over time will be an agro-tourism destination with an Orchard, Pick Your Own Berries and Cut Your Christmas tree available. We envision starting a night market where farmers / producers can sell their products to tourists stocking up for the weekend while also listening to Blue Grass and having a glass of wine from our neighbors vinyard.

The design should have the following

If we go Bear claw it's probably pretty easy... a mountain with a bear claw?

Lady Bear seems like something you could have a lot more fun with. IE a simple outline of a black blear wearing a pink ribbon? Alternatively you could do something with the fact I've got two little girls?

Final idea is we're of Irish heritage so working in a shamrock might be interesting? IE Like the bear's tracks are shamrocks maybe the pads on the paws are shamrocks?

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
