Company: recruitment company for Mexico and other countries in Latinamerica. but we do not handle only management vacancies, also for assistant level.
Target audience: candidates applying for jobs and clients

The design should have the following

I love the LATAM Management Recruitment logo (see our website http://latinamericarecruitment.com/). There is no change needed at all. But we are building up our new IT Recruitment department. For the new IT department we would like to use a little different logo which makes clear it is about IT. It must be ovious that the new IT logo is related to the original one (e.g. same colors, use also "LATAM"), it's familiarity is very important, so don't change it too much! Instead of "Management Recruitment" we would like to have added following phrase:
< IT > Talent Acquisition & Consulting

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)

Colors to use in the design

black and blue, same colors as used for the original logo.
