Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are a clothing line and print shop for the martial arts and fitness industry. Our clients range from global fitness and martial arts franchises to "Mom & Pop" owned companies.

The design should have the following

Our company needs a logo that can work in multiple functions. It needs to work as an icon, a horizontal logo and a vertical logo. It needs to work on print materials, billboards television commercials and the front of a building.

We're building a brand, we need a logo that people will know even if the words "Knockout Apparel" aren't present.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

The design should be original. Draw inspiration from multiple outlets but by no means steal or ripoff another design or concept.
