Describe your company and organization and target audience

Investec Services Inc. is a boutique commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in the NE Florida market area. We have been in business since 1991, and maintain a high standard for level of service and commitment to clients. Our target audience is mainly commercial property owners, lenders, and business decision makers with a need to buy or dispose of real estate. We have been a member of a national platform and would like to keep that professional standard with the branding.

The design should have the following

The business name: Investec Services Inc.; and either a stylized version of "I" & "S" or a small graphic to left of name. We are leaning towards a navy blue primary color with grey and white accents. We are open to ideas color wise.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
