We are an unconventional leadership consulting business.

We are two female executives that were part of Corporate America as well as Global Corporate environments for decades and were always described as pushing the boundaries, drawing outside the lines, agitators, inquisitive whilst driving high performing teams.

We are now committed to using our skills and experience, as turn-around specialists to help small to medium size companies, that have the potential to be highly successful, but struggling with:
customer service loyalty/lack of brand loyalty
employee engagement
weak leadership bench strategy
lacking strategy and execution of people development
declining sales
declining revenue

We also offer the services of mentoring and coaching
