This is a primary care and wellness medical practice that is bringing primary care and wellness into the home. So, I'll be offering urgent care primary care services to adults of all ages, but also wellness services such as weight loss, Vitamin infusions, chronic disease coaching.

The design should have the following

I like the idea of having a house in the logo with one or more of the letters in the name of the company in the house or as part of the house. The logo should convey a feeling of wellness and growth

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Please do not use any traditional medical symbols.
