Describe your company and organization and target audience

Sandpoint, Idaho and Nelson, British Columbia are sister cities. To recognize this we would like to create a logo to use on our websites and in collateral and even as a trophy (wrought iron with wood perhaps) to brand this relationship. Our target audience is locals from both cities and world travellers - those that may come to Nelson may also want to visit Sandpoint and visa versa.

The design should have the following

To make the logo work creatively and individually for both cities we would like to use a heart, but only half a heart for each city. The logo can then be flipped and used individually by each city. Left Nelson, right Sandpoint. When the two halves are put side by side they make a full heart. Text: I Love My Sister (City) - treat \\\\\\\"City\\\\\\\" separately some how to give more creative prominence to the ILMS. Text: Nelson, BC & Sandpoint, ID
