Houston Wealth Management provides professional financial planning and investment management services to high net worth individuals, families, trusts, etc. We are located in Houston, Texas. Primary target audience are pre-retirees and retirees who value professional advice and guidance.

The design should have the following

We are a planning firm first and believe that with a plan comes goals and a direction toward acheiving those goals, and finally growth of your investments. I like "rich" greens, gold/tan and/or maybe blues. The logo should have a strong oak tree or sequoia tree (I have a favored vector illustration of a sequoia if needed) or at least a natural look with growth.

The design should promote trust, confidence and security. Please ask yourself, "Would you trust your family's investments to this firm?". We are ALSO a planning firm, so I want a logo that can inspire someone as well. The slogan should be incorporated, but once finalized, I expect the slogan can be removed for some uses and the logo still looks great!

1) not to over-emphasize word “Houston” and

2) create a balance between “stiff” company name and conversational/inspirational (hopefully!) slogan.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

No jumping people in the design. No pastel colors. I don't just want words and initials in the design (unless you can work in a good theme).
