We are unique since we work from the design though construction and there is a tremendous value in maintaining cost and quality in the early phases of planning and throughout construction. The two partners are Kenneth Hart and Israel Calderon - HC and we offer three primary services - 1. Design 2. Build 3. Maintain - hence HC3.

The design should have the following

The design should be bold and geometric. We like bright reds and white with accent of cool gray.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

The design should not look like a house since we focus on commercial design and construction projects.
