It could be grass, but it doesn't have to be. Grasslands is just a random name and not the driving influence behind the brand. The M.O.V.E. acronym is more of a defining element for the business.

I want to see concepts using the text provided and some without. I am not certain what direction I want this logo to go so be creative, but professional. This logo is again, for a professional consulting company and must be themed accordingly......but don't let that limit your ideas.
