The restaurant is a quick service restaurant that serves custom, made to order pizza fast. Think Chiptole style service line where the guest enters the restaurant, views fresh produce, meats, and cheeses, chooses their pizza toppings, and then pays the cashier. Roughly 3 minuts later, their custom pizza is ready. For research purposes, the biggest brand in this niche market is Blaze Pizza.
