Describe your company and organization and target audience

We provide consultation, educational programs, testing and guidance to homeschool students and families. We strive to eliminate the stress involved in planning students' career and educational pathways by assisting parents and students with this process. In addition, we offer specific courses to educate and improve the mental and physical health of parents and students. (All courses and interactions are through the use of the internet.)

Target audience: homeschool parents, usually moms ages 25-50; middle to high income;

The design should have the following

I would like to simplify the logo. I would like the logo to indicate that the services we offer are all online. I would also like to include LLC in the logo - but would like "LLC" in a smaller font. I would like to communicate our business as one that is professional, prestigious and collegiant.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I would also like for the logo to avoid cartoonish or mascot-like images and would like to communicate our business as one that is prestigious and professional.
I do not want multiple primary crayola-colored fonts. We service mainly teenage students and up - so the colors used should demonstrate a more mature business, avoiding the look of elementary school or daycare clients.
I would like to avoid very complicated or busy images.
I would also like to avoid images you can find on do-it-yourself logo websites.

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

Blue, green, black, white and a combination of those colors. I do not want pink, yellow or orange. I also do not want multi-rainbow colors.
