I think using a kings crown in the logo could be neat by playing off the word Excellence. This is not a requirement but just an idea.
The design should have the following
The logo should be clean and modern. Most likely Black and White is what I like the best. It needs to be professional but be able to be a mix of something attractive to females and males. Not overly feminine but also not too masculine.
This design should not have this in the entries
Women ages 18-35 and event planners/corporate execs
