Describe your company and organization and target audience

I'd like the main emblem to be a slightly more complicated and fantastic Shield, with the abbrevation "ESS" in the middle of it. an earthy green for the main color, but id like to try to incorporate red and blue in to signify hot and cold if possible

upper class and elderly, people who don't want too, or cant do these things for themselves and railroaders, a large population of this town is employed by the railroad.

Colors to use in the design
