Emerging Inc. is a community center and park that connects people of all abilities through participation in mutually enjoyed hobbies and leisure activities. It is both for the public and for children and adults with cognitive and developmental disabilities. The idea is that having a space for both will provide opportunities that promote acceptance of each other. The hobbies and leisure activities we provide include an emphasis on role play gaming (Magic the Gathering, D&D), video gaming, walking and playing with dogs (we have a dog park on the property), fishing, gardening, farming and livestock care. The community center is located on 10 acres that has a dog park on one side and a community center on the other (although dogs can come into part of the community center). There is a fishing pond and lake there as well.
