Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are combining a team from a gym in Philadelphia, called Balance (the logo is a B) and a yoga studio from Malibu called 5 Point Yoga. The one combined team will be training and competing in the Malibu half marathon. The team is called East Meets West and we'd love to incorporate the logos from Balance and 5 Point Yoga into the team logo.

The design should have the following

The Words -- East Meets West
Balance Chestnut Hill Logo - the B
5 Point Yoga Logo

Maybe some sort of running shoes somewhere as the team will be training for a 1/2 marathon together.

Maybe a Philadelphia icon-- the liberty bell or rocky plus an image from Malibu - mountains, beach

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
