The logo is for EXCITE which is an acronym for the EXternal Clinical fellowshIps supporT programmE. The "EXCITE" bit of the logo should be the most impactful and the tagline is really "EXternal Clinical fellowshIps supporT programmE"

The fellowship support programme is a clinical (ie doctors, dentists, nurses and other allied health professionals such as psychologists) research funding support mechanism. It is therefore very professional and serious and important and the logo should reflect this.
