I already have an existing logo - I want it improved, with the same ideas for a basis

We are recruiters specialising in the medical device industry. We place senior executives (Directors and above) in the positions (Regulatory affairs and Quality).

It is important the logo feels executive, professional and polished.

The design should have the following

I want to keep
- the M with the line underneath/the medical line concept.

I want to improve
- the font
- maybe colours/ duo tone?
- the overall look/ more modern
- stronger feel
- the way the letters are connected.
- colours

I also want to be able to have the M on its own to use as a mini logo throughout the website.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries
