Describe your company and organization and target audience

Homeowners and businesses needing electrical and solar services in the state of ME, MA, and NH.

The design should have the following

The company colors are black and bold yellow.
Lighting bolt (for electrical services) and sun (for solar services) are the two main components that need to be in the logo. Please keep in mind that the shirts/van/business cards are black, so the yellow is the pop of color.
Modern font that is accessible is wanted - currently using Tahoma on business cards.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
