thanks for all of the submissions so far. nice work. common feedback is stronger looking font and images that make a statement. i'd prefer an image to the left but not wed to that. this image will go in the upper left corner of a website. prefer blue as the main color and grey has worked nicely as a secondary color.

Quick question: As a software developer are you looking for a logo that could also serve as an Icon for your software? Firefox is a good example of this. There logo is also used as an icon. If this is something you are interested in I'm sure it will help narrow down some decisions and help guide the creative process to get you exactly what you are looking for.

Good question. The icon/image is hardest part of deciding for me, but it is also easier to pare down the list when seeing the icons. the answer is yes but not really expecting that as the goal with this one.

I want to thank everyone for their efforts in submitting designs. I the end, it was very hard to choose because there were so many good ones. I think the designers who sumbmitted early in the contest had the edge b/c I could give more feedback. As more entries came in the end, it was hard to keep up. Again, thanks to all.
