The design should have the following

Colors: Red, Grey, Purple

Back drop of silhouette dancers in movement across different styles of dance disciplines.

Think "progressive" and have fun with it.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
