I don't want to win and I'm not going to participate in the contest. The contest holder already made it very clear that he did not have any interest in my designs. But as a Hatchwise community member I don't like to see the rules violated. I realize the artwork is all yours. But the contest holder has give you directions that lead you to create a design based on a concept that is already being used in a trademarked logo by an existing baseball team (http://www.sportslogos.net/logos/view/h46hc5q1gkrb9vac0iwuebe04/Quad_Cities_River_Bandits/2008/Cap_Logo". That is bad luck for you. If he or she uses it, he will very likely eventually face a messy and expensive trademark lawsuit from the Quad Cities River Bandits. Bad luck to him or her. But, do whatever you want to do. I am not participating.
