Describe your company and organization and target audience

I am a motivational speaker, and my brand/company is basically myself. My brand is about positivity, strength, survivorship, attitude, optimism, facing challenges, and perspective. I speak to both Fortune 500 companies and small affinity groups like women's leadership groups, so I need my logo to be appealing to all types of organizations.

The design should have the following

I am looking for a logo that is mostly a text-based version of my name, but with some creativity to it. Because my brand is about positivity, I need something with a little bit of energy to it, not just bland and boring. At the same time, I don't want it to be juvenile or silly. I prefer fonts that are a little bit unique and don't look like something I could have grabbed in Microsoft Word. My current logo design is completely text, and doesn't incorporate a favicon or anything graphic, so I would love to see something with that kind of small element added. I would like to stick with my current main color of a deep maroon (see color swatch card, attached), but I am open to the addition of a second complementary color. But please no pink or yellow/gold.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I will probably not choose anything that is overtly cartoonish.
