Cope's Ropes will be a climbing gym that is very welcoming, sporty, and adventurous, but that is also clean, natural, and personal. The environment and target market will be from 18-54 and should be marketed to the millennial generation. The gym will be sleak in it's appearance and the walls will be designed with multiple types of wood, similar to a gym floor. Our staff and atmosphere is built around fitness and becoming a better climber, while also appealing to the 1st time climber there for the "disney world" experience of fun & games. Rock climbing is built around community and our goal is achieving that atmosphere.

The design should have the following

I like clean, simple designs where it flows and is recognized easily. The design should incorporate a climbing rope and various climbing related symbols such as mountains, carabiners, ATC's, etc. I also believe that climbing rope should be incorporated in the logo given the name, use it as you please. I prefer for the words to be made out of a standard font, something you would see used on a fitness facility or climbing gym. Please research climbing gym logos and use something similar.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen

This design should not have this in the entries

It should not have a childish look, stick to the target market 18-54.

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

I think I would like Blue and Orange but I will leave it up to the Artist to test and choose what they feel looks best. Anything bright that captures the experience. Red and orange are often used to capture the color of the rocks, but climbing hold and wall surfaces are mostly very bright colors across the whole spectrum, with wall surfaces planned on being with a wood surface, so a wood design/ color would also be acceptable.
