Multisport Endurance Team with professional coaching, detailed training plans and group training environment that will keep athletes motivated and accountable to improve athletic performance experiencing an amazing feeling of achievement and accomplishment. Main Sports: Running, biking and swimming Supplemental Services: Strength and conditioning, nutrition and massage therapy. Type of clients: Triathletes any distance AND Runners from 10k to Marathon, sometime ultramarathons, and people that want to participate and complete an endurance event Value Added: Improve athletic performance, motivation and accountability, improve feeling of achievement through endurance goals, minimize risk of injury, fun training journey toward athletic goals and team feeling Effective and challenging training plans, group training opportunities, knowledge in endurance sports, including additional services (massage, strength and conditioning, nutrition), open communication with clients.
