The design should have the following

I am attaching images to use as reference. Want outline/simple drawing of the historical building as part of logo.
Use a spine (on image in hand) for the letter L in circle.
Use the spine (the body held in hand for the Y in city.
Use the image of the hand as part of a circle surrounding the historical building with hand at bottom.
put people inside circle or use people to make the circle.
Use two different letter styles- like Castle T; Bengueat Bold; Cooper font
Circle City one style and Chiro another style with bigger font
Use kerning if necessary
