Describe your company and organization and target audience

We work at the University of Minnesota in the School of Public Health. We are doing a small scale study for adolescent weight loss. Our target audience will be parents with children who need to lose weight. The intervention is phone based and will focus on coaching the parent on making healthy choices at home to help their child get to a healthier weight.

The design should have the following

We are looking for a logo that incorporates the theme of our study into the design -- perhaps a house or a phone or something that represents healthy eating/healthy foods or physical activity.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

Should not have more than two colors. Should not mention anything about weight loss or weight.

What style of logo would you like?

Colors to use in the design

Green or blue are our preferred main colors.

We are looking for a logo to entice/excite people into wanting to participate in a small scale childhood weight loss study.
