Describe your company and organization and target audience

We are local commercial real estate development company. We work on unique projects like rehabilitation of historic properties as well as new retail buildings (like a new starbucks or multitenant retail building). Based in Columbia, SC with a focus on the South Carolina market first and the Southeast Region second.

The design should have the following

I would like for my logo to communicate strength and stability, but with a slight edge that shows we are different/unique. We like projects that not everyone understands or is willing to work on. At the same time, we are in Columbia, SC, a conservative town in a conservative state. I cannot be too "out there" with my design. I want something that shows my name and what I do (commercial buildings). I do not like bright, crazy colors unless they are accents (and even then only sparingly). Use your creativity.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
• Television/screen
