Describe your company and organization and target audience
Coffee shop with drive thru for burritos and breakfast sandwiches.Eventually will offer sit down area. We are on corner lot on main Street in the historical district of Donaldsonville, LA. We will cater to construction workers in area during a 10 plus year project and cater to locals that have no other coffee/breakfast sit down shops except Mc D. There is a railroad track where street dead ends. Donaldsonville was the original capital of Louisiana. All construction will be Iin acordance wi historical society so the log has to have an old fashion feel to it. In addition to coffe shop we will have outdoor area to sell shaved ice, hot dogs on rolling carts in a small plaza on the very corner.
