Managing Customer Experience Excellence for Hospitality
Describe your company and organization and target audience
We manage the customer experience for the hospitality sector (hotels, restaurants, cafes, quick service, fine dining, casual dining etc). Through mystery dining, mystery visits, customer surveys, feedback and social listening. Providing quality insight reports & analytics to improve customer experience and correspondingly improving brand loyalty, awareness & sales.
The design should have the following
The CX must be uppercase as it standardly expresses Customer Experience or stands out from the rest of the word. As the target audience is broad it must appeal to a broad range of clientele and perhaps classic simplicity is best (facebook, Twitter, Nike etc.) but I am open creative interpretations!
This logo will be used for
- Online (Website, facebook etc.)
- Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
- Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
This design should not have this in the entries
We're Irish and this could be represented but were not fond of Green, Leprechauns or shamrocks not in our own market anyway.
Colors to use in the design
I personally love bright colours purples, blues, pinks.
Not a fan of red, orange, green.
However as much as I love bright and am open to it would have to match the sophisticated tone of the brand which is about excellence.
