The design should have the following
I want a Black Bear to be the focal point but have some connection to the Great Lakes area. I don’t want the bear to be cute / adorable I want more of an appealing, charming, attractive strong bear. Maybe have some connection to old world vineyards look or have some wine symbols. However I want the artist to have some creative expression. The bear needs to be black but for the rest of the logo I prefer to give the artist some freedom, but try to keep the colors in an earthy tones, nothing bright or flashy. The artist can play with separating the Black Bear Cellars and Great Lakes Winery. Maybe in a circle with Black Bear Cellars on top and Great Lakes Winery on the bottom?
