this is a modern apartment community in a very affliuent neighborhood next to the train, Trader Joes, Starbucks, Apple, Sephora, Kate Spade, Urban Outfitters, etc. Target audience is young professionals working nearby hospital and other employers AND "empty nesters" folks that have sold their home and are looking to down size post kids leaving
