My company helps executives align their strategic plans with the work and performance metrics managed down to the department level. We also help businesses discover where digital workforce/automation use might be to their best advantage and teach them how to build simple programs to do routine mundane work their human resource do - freeing up resources to make business decisions only humans can make.

My target leadership audience is young executives of color.
