Describe your company and organization and target audience

The target audience is adult, men and women, who will be competing from all over the US to play for the national championship. This will be the logo for the tournament. It will be held in Ann Arbor Michigan, which is also known as "tree town" and the home of the University of Michigan.

The design should have the following

We would like the colors, of red, white and blue used and the logo to be sleek and smooth with not too much extra stuff, but not too little as well.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
