Foundation is chiropractic spinal correction that integrates physical rehabilitation and lifestyle wellness

The design should have the following

1. "Access" is large with modern font and should be above. "Health Centers" should be smaller font and below "Access" in modern font.

2. I would like to incorporate a Shield into the logo.

This logo will be used for

Online (Website, facebook etc.)
Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)
Television/screen

Colors to use in the design

Vibrant blue, white, black, and green (energetic)
