Describe your company and organization and target audience

ADN Healthcare is a healthcare staffing company. We primarily staff doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals. We do direct hire, contract staffing, and RPO.

Our target audience is twofold. First, we want to appeal to healthcare facilities (hospitals, clinics, private practices, etc...). Secondly, we want to appeal to the healthcare professionals themselves (doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals).

The design should have the following

I prefer a logo where the icon is separate from the words and able to stand alone. Kind of like the hatchwise logo itself.
