Describe your company and organization and target audience
There should definitely be a monkey tie-in to the logo (doesn't have to be 2 (as in our name)). Other concepts relevant to monkeys could be used (forest, leaves, bananas, etc), also perhaps a tie-in to technology or development. You pick the colors.

We're really open to any ideas with regards to layout. I think we see it without an icon, but that's not to say that we couldn't be blown away by an icon idea. So, I'd probably lean towards a unique text styled idea.
This design should not have this in the entries
We target entrepreneurs with alot of energy towards developing and releasing new, cool, cutting edge, and fun online applications. In short, I'd say a technically savvy and energetic audience.
