I'm confused. What is it that you're asking us to do? There are no guidelines, ie: size of piece. Is this a logo? Or a brochure? Do you have images you want to use; designers don't normally supply those. What is the finished size of this "artwork"? $100 is a bit low for the scope of this request unless you actually have the requested images. Please verify.

SCBFFcreative Contest Holder

It is not a logo as much as it is a design for a marketing pamphlet. The graphic should be at least 8"x6". I don't have specific images needed, but as I mentioned, we want the design to communicate southern california as well as the film industry.
