- Describe your company and organization and target audience
- This is residential community development, and has been in place for 20 years in Southern NH. It has a lot of field, wildflowers, wild animals and sits on a pond. It is truly New Hampshire with Concord Grape bushes and lilacs. The signage at the front of the community is falling apart and needs to be redesigned. Some of the members of the community like the older look - and some want a more progressive look. The age group runs from 50-80. I will upload the original sign that has now fallen apart.

- The Community is a close-knit community with lots of events, get-togethers, poker night, parties and a newsletter. You can see from the sign attached that it has a look of NH - with the pine trees. That is still wanted - but the swirl and the "a wonderful lifestyle" looks outdated.
