Describe your company and organization and target audience
We are a rural county located in East Central Georgia. We have often been identified as the pine tree capital of the world, but are not sure that is what we want to identify with moving forward ( we are open to pine tree designs, but would like to see other options). We have been more progressive in recent years.
We are home to East Georgia State College, and Southeaster Technical college. Our industrial base has grown some in recent years, and we are continuing to develop industrial parks throughout the County.
We want to be "The Place to Grow" your business, family, education level, agricultural products, etc.
The County seat is Swainsboro, Georgia, but we are also home to seven other smaller municipalities.
The design should have the following
The county is looking for a professional seal and logo to represent our community. This seal will be used in various ways such as signage, letterhead, business cards, website, bronze plaques in facilities, etc. The seal should be circular in design and the logo can be any design.
This seal will be used to promote our community to prospective businesses and residents.
Our County slogan is "The Place to Grow." We were established in 1812.
