Describe your company and organization and target audience
We are opening our second restaurant in affluent area of Bend Oregon. We would like to tie our volunteer and fund raising efforts with our new fast, healthy, retro southern style menu. We plan on featuring a different local animal charity each month.
What do you need written
We need a restaurant name that makes sense. Our menu is all the old retro southern staples like chicken and waffles, grits, braised pulled pork, mac and cheese, collard greens and the like. About 2/3 of our items are vegetatian or vegan, and all done in a light healthy style. Then there is the philanthropic mission of our restaurant which is to bring awareness to our local animal charities.
What do you not want
This restaurant needs to be hip, not old fashioned.
