Describe your company and organization and target audience

AccuCut Lawn Services is a Residential and Commercial Lawn service and snow removal company. Our Primary services is Professional Lawn Mowing and Snow Plowing. Our target customers have larger properties. We mainly service high end residential and associations (multiple home properties such as Home Owners Associations and Condo Associations).

The design should have the following

We do some commercial property but would like to do more, so while I want the brochure should show as a residential brochure I would like it to let a commercial customer know that we handle their types of properties as well.
