Try resizing the file to a lower resolution.

I just double checked and your logo is not a high enough resolution for this banner. You need to submit a "VECTOR FORMAT" version of your logo. The files you submitted for your logo, printed at a size of of 20-30 inches in width will look horribly pixelated. As a matter of fact your printing company would basically advise you AGAINST printing it it would be so bad. I am going to begin my design layout and submit it for you to review. In the mean time you should search for the vector format of your logo(hopefully it was created in vector format to begin with, as ALL logos should be.) Look for a file with the extensions .PDF, .AI, .EPS, or .SVG . If you have your logo in one of these files types it should be what we need.

P.S. The same factors as mentioned above constrict usage of your photo for large format printing. If you are a stickler for details the final product may end up really bugging you(in terms of clarity/sharpness(or lack of))when printed.

Hi bilosdesign --- I REALLY appreciate the attention to this as I am a perfectionist. I have eps and pdf but hatchwise does not allow for that upload. they restrict it to a few formats so not sure how to work around that. I have uploaded a higher resolution photo. Also someone is working on retouching the photo so if I choose a design with the photo in it I would probably switch out with the retouched photo as soon as I get it.

Hi Michelle, I'm not sure why you can't upload the EPS or PDF file, Maybe you can try Zipping the file? Or upload it to the internet through a third party system(or possibly your website) and give us the URL link. As for the higher resolution picture(of yourself) you provided, it's looking much better than the previous(in terms of resolution).
