Describe your company and organization and target audience

Our organization is a startup that's focus is coming together to promote diversity, inclusiveness, equality, and positivity in an effort to peacefully combat hate. While we are in the infantile stages of this venture, we feel like we may head in the direction of clothing apparel, with the mission of proceeds helping various charitable causes.

The design should have the following

While we love our organization's name, we don't have a specific logo idea in mind. Obviously, there is the focus of the "h8" portion of the name and having possibly one logo sample have it with a slash over it, like a paintbrush texture possibly, could look good as long as you can still read the text. This is not a mandatory request by any means.
I do know that we would like the logo to be able to be transparent over various flags (so the flag itself is seen through the logo). Also, we would like the logo to at least be simple enough to change the letter colors individually. Other than that, be as detailed or simple as you like.
We hope this project is a fun, meaningful, and enjoyable one for those that participate.

This logo will be used for

• Online (Website, facebook etc.)
• Print (business cards, letterheads, brochures etc.)
• Merchandise (mugs, t-shirts etc.)
• Signs (including shops, billboards etc.)

This design should not have this in the entries

I would try to shy away from colors that would seem to invoke anger. Ultimately, as long as the logo is made in a way to simply interchange colors, this part may not even matter.
