Relate Rx is a psychotherapy and counseling practice focused on relationship healing and health. We work with individuals, couples, families, and groups to help each person discover what they really want in relationship, and then use a collaborative approach to develop strategies for fulfilling those wants.

Our audience is comprised of people from all walks of life, at all stages of development, and in every form of relationship. We counsel teens dealing with peer pressure, couples struggling to make it, seniors facing end-of-life concerns, family owned business dynamics, and senior corporate executives facing leadership and performance pressures.

We practice an integrated model of therapy that draws from several theoretical frameworks including Family Systems, Experiential, Existential, Narrative, Imago, Attachment, Psychomotor, Psychoanalytic, and others.
