Taked to my daughter and she agrees. The beetle needs to cover the tip like before to trick people into thinking its an eraser. It trick my daugher! (Until she opened it up and saw the bug. Don't know that the bug needs the dots on the shell. Plain like the c-pillar with the c-piller like face. I'm going for the soft consistent look on the graphic in general, but both the bugs for sure. Just like the leaves have that soft, clear look. Hope I explained this well enough.

Oh, it also gives me the flexibility to change the entire white background to a diffent shade to blend into my banner.

This is near perfect. I'm not sure about the postion of the beetle. I think the leaf works like it positioned. The reason this one appeals to me so much is it's not busy at all, you can see the name even when scaled down (hopefully at thumbnail level), and few colors are used. I may even want to ditch the beetle in the end.
